Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Crazy Crystal Shop, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience by ensuring your items arrive safely and promptly.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Our items are shipped directly from our home office in Los Angeles, California, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that certain items may have longer shipping times due to their materials, but we will always notify you if this is the case.
Shipping Method and Delivery:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your package. If your order does not arrive within 7 business days, please reach out to us, and we will assist in contacting the shipping carrier.
Eco-Conscious Shipping:
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not offer overnight shipping. We believe in doing our part to reduce pollution and global warming. However, if you're purchasing a gift, you can leave a note during checkout, and we will include a handwritten message in the package.
Insurance Coverage and Lost/Damaged Packages:
All shipments are fully insured through the shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is lost or damaged, we ask for your cooperation in filing an insurance claim, which may require submitting images of the damaged items, packaging, or box. If you do not receive your order after 15 business days, we will offer you a free replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues:
In case USPS marks your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office for assistance. If USPS makes a delivery error or causes damage to the package, we can file an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note, if there is no documented evidence of theft and the package is confirmed as delivered (via GPS coordinates), we cannot offer compensation.
Incorrect Address or Refused Packages:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to an incorrect address provided. If a package is returned as "refused" or "return to sender," we will refund the purchase minus the original shipping costs. For authorized returns, the return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error in processing your order.

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our small business and handcrafted items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Custom pieces, personalized items, clearance products, and event-exclusive items are final sale. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee any modifications, as your order may already be in production or transit.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items require additional processing time and are carefully crafted just for you. These pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within California in accordance with state tax laws. Taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During holiday seasons or periods of high demand, please allow for additional processing and shipping time. While we will always do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our studio.
